KYB Architects is a Kyiv-based architectural bureau founded in 2018 by Oleksii Kutsalo and Oleksandr Bilotskyi. The studio specializes in large-scale residential complexes, commercial and hospitality projects, and urban design concepts. Our goal is to fill every space with meaning — creating holistic, commercially viable and non-standard architectural solutions that stand the test of time. KYB Architects provides a full cycle of services: from concept and design documentation to architectural supervision on site.
