INNOCAD architecture was founded in 1999 by Martin Lesjak and Peter Schwaiger. Since then, the team has completed numerous projects of various sizes and scopes within the fields of architecture and interior design, including residential, office, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, educational, public, and retail. Internationally renowned for their “out of the box” thinking, their analytical, pragmatic, and unconventional approach seeks to create solutions with purpose and meaning. The focus is primarily on the work‘s quality and relevance, as well as adhering to a responsibility to cultivate a consistent vision – “work with your brain, act from your heart” – with an aim to practice through multiple disciplines. In addition to many signature corporate, residential, and institutional works, current projects include a mixed-use building in New York City in the United States, a competence center for BAMED Group in Austria, and a new hospitality design concept for a worldwide brand of the AccorHotels Group. The CEO and creative mind behind the firm, Martin Lesjak, received one of the international creative community’s top honors, “Designer of the Year 2015” by Contract Magazine in the United States, followed by “Architect of the Year 2016” by BUILD Magazine in the United Kingdom.
