On what is developing into Williamsburg’s commercial gold coast, this new building will provide 21,500
sq.ft. of new retail and commercial space in a building whose structure and aesthetic are drawn from
this unique neighborhood. The three story corner building is anchored by brick towers connected with
a strong brick spandrel that wraps the corner of North Sixth Street and Berry Street. The dark brown
handmade brick echoes the loft buildings built from similarly rough hewn materials in the area. The
rest of the building proudly shows it steel structure of columns, beams and x-bracing, recalling the
bridges and waterfront industrial structures that characterize Williamsburg. A rooftop restaurant uses
this industrial structure as a pergola for outdoor dining.
