Adjacent to the office functions will be an educational outreach classroom serving the University of Mary, containing the latest technology to provide interactive learning with the University’s main campus. The design of the new Events Center is highlighted by the angular, 400’ long glass concourse. With the building designed to sit on a sloping ridge, the concourse culminates with a 35’ tall glass wall overlooking expansive views of the native north Dakotan prairie just beyond the local high school football stadium bowl. Another unique design feature includes 12’ tall, 140’ long angular light monitors which cut into the field house and arena roofs, flooding the interior with natural, north facing daylight.
