Tucked in an exclusive enclave this surfer’s paradise is defined by a symmetrical landscape that compliments the contemporary open-air architecture by Walker Warner.
A custom pool lined with glass mosaic tile anchors the central courtyard, along with two specimen Samoan palm trees. A seating area with fire table defines the court’s far edge, and tiki torches signal “party time” to neighbors. Outside the large sliding gates, Pygmy date palms and planted lava rock pots provide soft buffers to the home’s clean geometry.
