This 1966 home was originally designed by Aaron Green, an associate of Frank Lloyd Wright. A renovation led by Schwartz and Architecture expanded the house and added two outbuildings for the new family owners.
Boxleaf designed outdoor enclaves that weave together the old and the new. Undulating pathways follow the garden’s signature small-scale “hills” and dry-creek valleys. The dining terrace, entry garden, and seating nooks are surrounded by pollinator plantings irrigated entirely with recycled grey water.
