At this family retreat, Boxleaf drew inspiration from the surrounding cliffs and dunes, seamlessly merging a clean, pavilion-style structure with the rugged coastal landscape. Expansive openings dissolve the boundaries between indoors and out, connecting every part of the home to its natural setting.
The landscape features drought-tolerant, fire and deer-resistant coastal plantings that introduce a soft, untamed texture against the home’s crisp architectural lines. Hand-selected boulders invite quiet moments of pause, while broad stone steps lead gracefully down the garden slope to the water’s edge.
