# Villa Clairière: Contemporary Villa Architecture in Casablanca
Located in Casablanca, Morocco, Villa Clairière is a 2,000 sqm private residential project completed in 2025 by **ATELIER MZ**.
The villa reflects the studio's approach to contemporary residential architecture: creating houses in which architecture, landscape, natural light and everyday living are considered as parts of the same composition.
Large openings establish visual relationships between the main living spaces and the garden, while terraces create transitional areas between interior and exterior.
Instead of designing the villa as an isolated architectural object, the project considers the entire site as a living environment.
## Architecture designed around the way people live
For ATELIER MZ, designing a villa begins with understanding how the future residents will experience the house.
Orientation, circulation, privacy, views and relationships between spaces therefore become fundamental design tools.
At Villa Clairière, the spatial organisation seeks to combine generous shared areas with more intimate private spaces.
The architecture remains contemporary and restrained, allowing proportions, light and landscape to define the character of the residence.
