Look at that view!
That was the client’s reaction during our first visit to the plot in Atibaia.
Casa Vista was born from the residents’ desire to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of the Serra de Atibaia. That’s why we designed the entire house to prioritize the panorama of the mountains and surrounding greenery. The land’s natural elevation already helped us achieve this main goal.
PRIVACY & LANDSCAPING
To ensure privacy without sacrificing the view, we used taller plants in the landscaping around the garden areas. They provide visual protection for the leisure spaces, especially the pool, without obstructing the scenic mountain landscape.
This design also protects the pool deck and, by extension, the house itself — which features several glass doors and windows facing the street.
MAKING THE MOST OF A CORNER LOT
We fully embraced the advantages of the corner plot, creating gardens and access points on both façades.
Pedestrians arrive through the larger façade, which showcases the full scale of the house. Vehicle access is located on the other side, designed to be equally discreet and elegant.
The pool and leisure areas are directly integrated with the living and gourmet spaces, turning the ground floor into a large, fluid social area for hosting family and friends.
A fire pit was placed near the corner of the property, strategically connected to the living room and surrounded by generous views of the landscape.
