The Casa Caxambu property boasts a 20-meter-wide frontage, which is highly advantageous for creating an elongated facade that enhances the residence's visual appeal. The street where it is located has a gentle slope, allowing us to design the garage at a lower level without significantly raising the ground floor's elevation. Consequently, the house appears single-story from the outside, but in reality, we made the most of the terrain's substantial slope to accommodate bedrooms and recreational spaces on the lower floor.
The terrain slopes approximately 10 meters toward the rear, prompting us to design the bedrooms and recreational areas on a level below the ground floor.
Even on the lower level, these spaces benefit from ample natural light, ventilation, and offer a beautiful view of the reserved area at the rear of the property. Since the lower floor extends slightly beyond the ground floor, we've created a spacious terrace accessible from the living and dining rooms on the upper floor.
