UNIT.Home Lobby is a completed project by MONO Architects, located within the UNIT.Home residential complex, part of UNIT.City.
The lobby occupies the site of the former Kyiv Motorcycle Plant. Rather than erasing its industrial past, we made it an integral part of the design. The image of the factory’s chimney became the defining element of the lobby, connecting the history of the place with its contemporary environment.
The lobby follows a simple, intuitive layout with clearly defined zones, including a reception area and a comfortable waiting space furnished with pieces by Ukrainian brand NOOM.
The project is about respecting the context and working thoughtfully with space — allowing the past to become a natural part of the present.
