Completed in October 2025, the Truliant Regional Office at Fairview Plaza extends Little’s long-standing partnership with one of the nation’s top 100 credit unions, translating a proven workplace model into a new urban setting. Inspired by the award-winning design of Truliant’s Winston-Salem Operations Center, this 16,390-square-foot office environment was envisioned to recreate the same culture-forward experience within a very different architectural context.
The workplace is housed in a 1983 building originally designed by Bill Little, defined by low ceiling heights and challenging daylight conditions. With the client’s preference for perimeter offices as a key planning driver, the design team prioritized openness and brightness through a series of precise, high-impact moves. Glass office fronts and full-glass training room doors increase transparency and allow light to travel deeper into the floorplate, while an exposed, white-painted ceiling visually lifts the space and amplifies available daylight. Thoughtful spatial planning further strengthens sightlines and creates a more expansive feel, balancing private work needs with an airy, collaborative atmosphere.
Designed by Little’s Charlotte and Newport Beach offices in collaboration with Davie Construction, the Truliant Regional Office pairs clarity and warmth—delivering a workplace that feels modern, bright, and welcoming without sacrificing functionality. The result is a refined continuation of Truliant’s workplace identity: a space that supports focused work, encourages connection, and reinforces the organization’s commitment to its people.
