A three-sided courtyard residence with one floor above ground and one basement level. Without altering the original facade, the central courtyard is sunken, and slender patios are formed by cutting interior slabs on both sides. Independent staircases for three family members are set within the patios, connecting respective private zones. While ensuring individual spaces for each resident, the patios also weave together communal areas, guiding natural light deep into the basement. It is a two-storey dwelling with rich spatial layers and balanced privacy and aggregation.
