Designed as an oasis for 22 residences, The Trident Residences in New Delhi exhibit an eclectic and contemporary character. A demarcated pedestrian network separates vehicular movement and allows for contiguous pedestrian access at the ground level.
Y columns holding the built form above the ground create an exciting configuration of built and nature – allowing the landscape to flow through. The apartments are well-lit internally, with resplendent views of the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Double-glazed fenestrations and bronze louvers offer privacy whilst providing uninterrupted views of each room. The concept of biophilia is incorporated with ample flora and green walls, facilitating engagement between humans and nature. Facilities such as meeting rooms, residents’ lounge, and gymnasium are planned at the access level, while a rooftop pool constructs a laid-back and tranquil milieu. Materials such as fluted glass, concrete, and antique bronze with timber craft a cutting-edge structure while imparting an avant-garde setting.
