The Beaux-Arts meets 21st century elegance in the Landmarked Ritz-Carlton Central Park. Acheson Doyle Partners Architects helped orchestrate over 20 floors of interior renovations at this iconic property.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel engaged with ADP in 2015 to work in collaboration with interior design firm Gilles & Boissier for hotel guestroom and suites renovations at floors 3 through 22, as well as public space renovations for the ground floor hotel lobby, bar and restaurant and the second-floor Spa and Club Lounge. The renovation incorporated the Owner’s design goals, as well as the Hotel’s standards for upgrades, building codes, energy codes and mechanical system upgrades.
ADP also completed a renovation of the existing cellar and public assembly spaces for a new fitness center, as well as finished upgrades to the public corridor and elevator lobby. ADP provided full design services, programming and interior design for these spaces to complement the guestroom renovations.
