“In Chengdu’s tower-filled Financial City, we wanted to break away from the public-building glass aesthetic and return to the essence of dwelling—reconstructing an ‘ecological living body’ in the city.”—Fanhao Meng
Co-created by line+ Co-Founder & Chief Architect Fanhao Meng and the Beike Good Home team, the show area and typical façade are now presented on site—offering a sensory, touchable preview of future urban living in a high-density CBD.
🐚 Arrival: A Quiet Threshold
The entrance retreats 20.5 m from the red line, dissolving into greenery and water. This creates a soft urban edge and a calm transition from the city park to the community—a serene prelude within the CBD.
🐚 Spatial Flow: A Living Narrative
Architecture, interiors, and landscape work as one. Light, materials, and planting unfold as you move—shaping spaces for gathering, resting, or quiet moments alone.
🐚 Pilotis Level: Under-Canopy Living
The 8.45 m-high open level forms a “forest living room.” UHPC gives structural clarity and subtle texture, while vertical greenery and light control create an open yet intimate shared lounge.
🐚 Facade: Soft Frames & Gentle Rhythm
Biomorphic frames echo natural forms. C-shaped outlines abstract the shell motif; 450 mm eaves balance privacy and openness. Warm metal tones and curved glass bring a relaxed sense of homecoming.
THE OASIS is not just a show area—it is a proposal for future living, where nature, community, and everyday life intertwine.
