Located in an urban locality in a metro city, the design of the residence beautifully merges modern architectural innovation with a touch of warmth and livability. Characterized by sleek, flowing lines and a bold, geometric structure. This asymmetrical, curvilinear form of the structure cladded in aluminium evokes a dynamic essence, with large glass windows allowing natural light to flood the interiors. A cantilevered balcony extends outward from the main structure, adding depth to the building's profile. The top of the facade curves inward, creating a dynamic visual effect and a semi-enclosed outdoor space. Vertical slats and lush greenery along the lower levels provide a contrast to the clean, minimalist surfaces above, softening the modern, angular aesthetic with natural elements.
Moving indoors, the residence is thoughtfully designed with the comfort of its inhabitants at heart. Thoughtful spatial planning was key, with the five floors divided into areas that offered both shared spaces for socialising and private retreats for relaxation. The seamless flow between public and private spaces ensures both functionality and intimacy, making it a true family home.
