Located at 2032 North Clybourn Avenue, The Ludlow breathes new life into the historic former home of the Ludlow Typograph Company. The restored façade, with sections over a century old, reflects a meticulous effort to honor the building’s industrial heritage while introducing a modern purpose. This transformation was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Revive Architecture, leveraging their expertise in landmark restoration, Power Construction Company as the General Contractor, and GREC Architects, who played an instrumental role in securing the building's Chicago Landmark designation.
The Ludlow features a thoughtfully curated array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, a co-working lounge, a rooftop bar with panoramic views, and three courtyards including grilling spaces, delivering the perfect balance of style and functionality.
