The Landing is the signature restaurant of the PENN 1 campus, and also the F&B and catering provider for the broader work-lounge amenity landscape. A+I worked with restaurateur DMK to design an experience, architecture, and brand that spoke to the accessible sophistication of the restaurant and the broader property. The Landing has quickly become the focus of life at The PENN District, with crowds spilling out from the restaurant and into the work-lounge from early lunch, through happy hour, to late evening.
