Spot Works visualised the redevelopment project located by the quiet northeast coast of Singapore, former RAF Seletar was a Royal Air Force station between 1928 & 1971.
The conservation area consist of 32 iconic ‘Black & White’ bungalows, once residences of colonial government officials or members of the British army. Now it plays an important role of being Singapore’s living, breathing national treasure with its nostalgic presence contributing to Seletar’s continued sense of history and identity.
They form a meaningful core representation of the important era in Singapore’s colonial days even as the surrounding area continues to evolve to meet strategic needs of the aerospace industry.
