Concept
Our design for a new 16-story tower will compliment to the new arena the Sacramento Kings plan to build. The tower will accommodate a hotel, retail, condominiums, and office space. The building’s ground floor lobby, terrace space, and retail units, are all designed to interact with J Street on the north, and a new multi-use place on the south.
The site will provide access for visitors from all sides; for example, visitors can enter the project from J Street and have full access to the interior plaza and adjacent stadium. The raised terraces along the south side of the project will be fully programmed and available to host events overlooking the plaza. The project is expected to start construction in 2015.
