Our LEED Platinum–rated office in New Delhi spans 15,000 sq ft across four floors, embodying our commitment to design excellence, innovation, and sustainability. The building reflects the same architectural values we bring to every project - openness, functionality, and timeless design.
The layout is designed around open studios that encourage interaction, creativity, and continuous learning with the four levels organized to provide intuitive wayfinding. Large expanses of glazing flood the interiors with daylight, complemented by efficient shading devices and a high-performance building envelope that ensure thermal comfort. A refined material palette further enhances the sense of openness and cohesion, creating a workspace that feels bright, connected, and inspiring.
Every element has been crafted to support the way we work. Spacious workstations, focused meeting rooms, and dedicated architectural & material libraries promote experimentation and knowledge sharing, while a cafeteria and recreation area provide spaces for relaxation and informal interaction. Curated display walls throughout the office celebrate our legacy and design journey, welcoming everyone into the heart of our creative process.
Sustainability is integral to the design of the office. The building incorporates high-performance glazing, energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems, low-VOC materials, water-saving fixtures, and rooftop PV panels. Optimized orientation, maximized daylight, responsible material sourcing, and a well-calibrated building envelope work together to reduce environmental impact and enhance user comfort, health, and overall well-being.
