A rolling hill and the northeastern sight towards the lake of zurich led us to this architecture of the house.
The rear facade is mainly closed and is the protected part of the house, whereas the northeastern frontage creates a feeling of openness and provides a panoramic view.
The house is divided into three levels.
The top floor is designed as an open living space.
The huge terrace offers a wonderful view over the mountainous landscape and the beautiful lake of Zurich. Also, the kitchen gives a sense of proximity to the environment and nature, even during the wintertime.
On the middle level there are private family rooms, as well as the master bedroom with a bathroom and closet. From this story, the wide and breathtaking panorama is a big highlight too.
In addition to the laundry room and utility space, the ground floor accommodates an extra room with its own bath that could be used as a play or guest room.
In the garden, the roofed veranda will initially be used for outdoor activities, but later will be converted into a wellness center.
