Masterplan e Progetto architettonico preliminare per la realizzazione di un nuovo resort sull'isola di Pag.
Si chiamerà Plava Uvala Resort, offrirà tutto ciò che si associa a un soggiorno perfetto in riva al mare, in un contesto naturale unico, ricco di storia e tradizioni dove l'arte e le culture diverse si sono incrociate e si sono contaminate.
Oltre due chilometri di spiaggia con accesso graduale all'acqua, 280 giorni di sole all'anno e servizi a cinque stelle, tra cui wellness, parco acquatico, piscine, un porto turistico privato, diverse aree per bambini e un ristorante con vista sul mare aperto.
Un luogo dove le antiche tradizioni rivivono
Il resort Plava Uvala è situato sulla costa occidentale dell'isola di Pago, vicino alla località di Povljana, famosa dai tempi remoti per gli effetti curativi del fango peloide presente nei suoi dintorni. Plava Uvala continua questa tradizione e, nell'ambito delle sue attività benessere, i visitatori del resort potranno usufruire anche di un laghetto con questo dono unico della natura.
Il progetto architettonica cerca di integrarsi in maniera armoniosa nel contesto naturale circostante, riproponendo linee e volumi puri e semplici secondo lo stile e la tradizione architettonica dell’isola. Materiali di costruzione tradizionali come la pietra bianca e la vegetazione mediterranea, con ampi spazi verdi e viste sul paesaggio circostante caratterizzeranno il resort.
Il complesso offrirà un'ampia gamma di opzioni di alloggio: piazzole per roulotte, case mobili ed eleganti appartamenti con terrazze con vista sul mare e sul tramonto. Tutte le zone saranno collegate da un'area centrale dotata di tutti i servizi per gli ospiti, ristorante , bar , piscine coperte e scoperto centro benessere, palestra e una ampia sala polivalente per convegni, giochi e eventi .

Project for a new eco resort on the island of Pag.
It will be called Plava Uvala Resort, it will offer everything associated with a perfect stay by the sea, in a unique natural setting, rich in history and tradition where art and different cultures have crossed and contaminated each other.
Over two kilometers of beach with gradual access to the water, 280 days of sunshine a year and five-star services, including wellness, aqua park, swimming pools, a private marina, various children's areas and a restaurant overlooking the open sea.
A place where ancient traditions are revived
The Plava Uvala resort is located on the western coast of the island of Pag, near the town of Pogljana, which has been known since ancient times for the healing effects of the peloid mud present in its surroundings.
Plava Uvala Resort continues this tradition and, as part of its wellness activities, visitors to the resort will also be able to use a small lake with this unique gift of nature.
The architectural design of the resort is drawn up by our Bezdikian Architects studio, the Hospitality design department that has been designing tourist resorts throughout Europe for over thirty years.
The architectural design seeks to harmoniously integrate into the surrounding natural context, reproducing pure and simple lines and volumes according to the style and architectural tradition of the island. Traditional local building materials such as white stone and Mediterranean vegetation, with large green spaces and views of the surrounding landscape will characterize the resort.
The complex will offer a wide range of accommodation options: caravan pitches, mobile homes and elegant apartments with terraces overlooking the sea and the sunset. All areas will be connected by a central promenade with premium services.
