Pedar Mall is a significant landmark and a sprawling complex. The size is 127,000 square meters and has fourteen floors which Eight floors of it are above ground and Six are underground. Pedar Mall offers a wide range of experiences: include shopping, entertainment, and cultural events. The modern design is inviting and the location is strategic and easily accessible. It’s a central point for the city. The mall aims to be a premier destination and It caters to visitors of all ages. It’s designed to be a vibrant and dynamic hub. The architecture is impressive and atmosphere is welcoming.

The design is so special and it has inspired from barcode shape because of the main usage and function of the building which is commercial and trade.

Shopping is a real major draw with a large hypermarket that is a key feature and It covers 2,400 square meters. Families will enjoy the 1,000 square meters amusement park . Moviegoers can choose from four cinemas. They have a combined capacity of 500 people. A cultural store offers local art and books in the space of 400 square meters. Live entertainment is available in a 600-seat concert hall. Diverse events are regularly scheduled and the entertainment options are varied. They are designed to appeal to a broad audience.

Pedar Mall offers excellent facilities. Parking is convenient, There are five levels of parking with over 1,020 cars can park comfortably and getting around is easy. There are 30 elevators and also 37 escalators and 10 moving walkways help navigation. The food court has numerous options with three outdoor patios. The amphitheater and the Iran Event Plaza host events. The mall has efficient infrastructure.
