This striking villa is perched on a steep slope above Boka Bay, offering panoramic sea views and direct beach access — a rare combination that shaped the entire design approach.
Navigating the dramatic terrain was the core challenge, resolved through a cascading layout that integrates seamlessly into the hillside. Two pools positioned on different levels provide unique vantage points and leisure zones, while clean lines, natural stone, and wide openings create a sense of openness and connection to nature.
The result is a bold yet refined coastal retreat where architecture meets topography with purpose and clarity.
