Rooms and experiences were created using sharp corners and extreme angles, always communicating the feeling of movement and speed to the audience.
Camp Victory was a temporary exhibition showcasing Nike innovations during the 2012 United States Olympic Trials for Track & Field. Inspired by the visualization of kinetic energy, a stunning network of fabricated tensile pavilions were created. Like sprinters exploding out of the starting blocks, the pavilions were made to lean and cantilever, pushing the limits of structural and physical boundaries.
Rooms and experiences were created using sharp corners and extreme angles, always communicating the feeling of movement and speed to the audience. Building materials were not only used to define unique physical spaces and facilitate flow throughout the exhibit, but also to broadcast content via immersive media that was interwoven throughout the site. For attendees, the experience was a rare opportunity to get close to the innovation, technology and raw talent surrounding the most elite athletes in the world.
