Marnix Project — Renovation of a Landmark Building in Brussels
Project Overview
The Marnix Project is a comprehensive renovation of a historic building in the heart of Brussels. Designed by the renowned architectural firm A2M Architecture, the transformation blends contemporary design with the building’s historic character. Our architectural visualization studio created detailed 3D renderings to illustrate this ambitious redevelopment, highlighting both architectural precision and atmospheric quality.
Key Features
High-Quality Renderings — Photorealistic images that capture every architectural detail.
Diverse Perspectives — Multiple viewpoints showcasing the integration of the design within the urban landscape.
Innovative Amenities — The renovation includes co-working spaces, a café, a rooftop restaurant, a bar, and a garden with panoramic views of the Royal Palace.
Green Spaces — Sustainable design choices introduce vegetation and open spaces that enhance the urban environment.
Visualization Approach
Our team employed Autodesk 3ds Max for precise modeling, Corona Renderer for photorealistic lighting and materials, Adobe Photoshop CC for post-production, and Itoo Forest Pack for realistic greenery. These tools allowed us to produce highly detailed and atmospheric 3D visualizations that communicate the design vision effectively.
Outcome
The visualizations provide investors, developers, and potential tenants with an in-depth understanding of the project, supporting informed decision-making. By showcasing both the architectural qualities and the user experience, our work reflects the future of sustainable urban design in Brussels.
