The program is developed in a 660 m2 lot oriented to the northeast with 22 in front and 30 in back, next to what will be the Autograph by mariott version on Josefina Orozco street in the city of San Miguel de Allende offers a multidisciplinary program. From the moment you arrive, it conveys the convenience sought for the user with a parking lot on the side and in front of the building. As you enter the building, you are greeted by the textures of the project, leaving behind a brutalist façade with a modest entrance. On the right side, the 105 m2 store is located under the textures of a reusable waffle slab that was used in the forging process, leaving the holes and supporting the exposed lighting that illuminates the shelves as well as the cheese sales area. Then, a niche frames the cheese aging cellar, and if you want to go to the café or go up to the office you can cross this corridor or if you did not enter through the store, walk outside if you keep your walk along the corridor until you reach your table or wait to be seated.
The exterior route is interesting on a walkway of slatted partition wall cut into squares equivalent to half the standard (14x14), at the bottom of your left side it provokes you to continue moving forward, spotting a sloping wooden deck, reticulated by edges, supported by pillars / wooden gualdras and compacted tepetate mochetas giving clarity to the outside area, enjoying the "garden" under a leafy tree some diners are moving admiring this beauty.
