The property is located at the top of Lønnåsen in Hosle with great view of the Oslofjord. The accommodation consists of two intertwined main volumes of which the upper lighter part is dressed in dark stained wood paneling, lying on a base of drywall and plaster. The base of the building has been positioned on the naturally flat part of the site in between two mounds. The upper floor uses these mounds to its advantages by utilizing them as terraces and garden space. The building's use of materials with natural nuances, dark stained paneling, slats of IPE, dry stone walls, timber board casted concrete and zinc blends the building into its landscape and dampens the property appearance.
