It is a housing project located in Austin, Texas, located on a steeply sloping site. It has a simple program but with distinctive elements that give it personality. The house has two levels and an inviting staircase access.
On the facade, there is a volume that stands out and becomes the protagonist of the design. This volume is clad in wood, which gives it a warm and welcoming appearance. In addition, the play of volumes is generated by the use of patios and planters, which creates an attractive visual effect and allows the entry of light and fresh air.
The house has views to the exterior from different areas, which allows you to enjoy the natural environment of the area. In addition, it has a large porch surrounded by a patio that invites you to enjoy the weather and nature.
On the first floor, there is a living room open to a terrace that connects to the pool, allowing a fluid connection between the interior and exterior of the house. There is also the master bedroom with access from the garden, which makes it ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.
