Ketchum Modern
This property in Sun Valley started as a small, 60's era kit home with a poor layout and insufficient space to function as the primary home for out client and her family. We completely reimagined the layout of the existing footprint of the house, raise the roof, and added a new two-story addition to provide indoor parking and an elevated view of the mountains of SunValley.
The Ketchum Modern project embodies a mountain modern interior design aesthetic, marrying rustic charm with contemporary flair. It showcases natural materials like wood, stone, and metal, emphasizing clean lines and a minimalist approach to furnishings. Neutral tones complemented by occasional vibrant accents echo the surrounding natural beauty. Expansive windows frame breathtaking vistas, while modern conveniences seamlessly merge with the rustic ambiance, creating an inviting and stylish retreat that harmonizes with its mountainous setting.
