Our client's 3 acre parcel in Rosendale, NY features a steep grade down to the lakefront. Starting from a Large-L HUTS Standard, we modified the home design to include functional loft space, exposed structure, and a covered outdoor space off the primary bedroom.
Modified from our Big-L Standard, this home is designed for the client's second home and high-value rental.
