K4 ENTERTAINEMNET CENTER - BEACH CLUB – RESTAURANT, BISTRO AND WELLNESS
ZATON HOLIDAY RESORT NIN - CROATIA.
K4 signifies the initial phase of a comprehensive project aimed at revitalizing the central pedestrian corridor within the Zaton Holiday Resort tourist village, known as Kalelarga. This initiative aligns with the master plan and comprises four primary stages: K1, K2, K3, and K4.guest and staff services have been located in the basement.
The K4 development project entails a comprehensive transformation of existing structures that were originally constructed in the early 1960s. This process involves a detailed volumetric reconfiguration, which includes the demolition of certain parts of the current structures and the reconstruction of new, modernized facilities. The aim is to create a cohesive and functional space that aligns with contemporary design standards and user needs. The project emphasizes the revitalization of the seafront area, transforming it into a vibrant, multifunctional entertainment complex that caters to both locals and visitors. The new development will feature a variety of amenities designed to enhance the user experience and promote social interaction.
On the ground floor, the complex will house a restaurant and a bistro, providing diverse dining options for guests. These establishments are intended to serve as social hubs, offering a welcoming environment for dining and casual gatherings. The rooftop terrace will be equipped with a lounge bar, creating an attractive space for relaxation and socialization while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding area. Additionally, a swimming pool will be situated on the rooftop, offering recreational opportunities and enhancing the appeal of the complex as a leisure destination.
