The design of the Joy City takes advantage of the height difference in the topography of the site, connecting the metropolis and greenery through an urban plaza, landscape retreat, circulation ring, double-view corridor, and three towers. From the north to the south, a series of interesting architectural spaces are created along the way.
The commercial podium and tower are made of silver-gray aluminum panels and glass as the exterior wall substrate, which outlines a simple and generous, transparent and light fashion sense. The south side of the landscape plaza has a different view of the natural mountains. Various types of casual dining activities are scattered among the greenery.
The 200-meter-long tube corridor with reddish-inlaid light belt spans on the top of the commercial podium. It is the central axis of the project, which overlooks from the tower. One end of the tube corridor has views toward the central park, and the other views of the city where the vision of the new metropolis echoes human nature.
