Situated prominently along Sohna Road in Gurugram, the IRIS WELLDONE TechPark is a commercial development designed to accommodate the dynamic demands of the IT/ITES sector. The TechPark presented a complex design challenge: addressing the constraints of a fragmented site profile, accommodating dual ownership, and integrating a mixed-use program - all while ensuring the development achieved prime visibility on one of Gurugram’s busiest commercial corridors.
This state-of-the-art development stands as a paradigm of contemporary architecture - melding functionality with a distinctive aesthetic language. The architectural language of the TechPark is rooted in clarity and efficiency, underscored by a strong and contemporary visual identity. The building’s facade has been meticulously detailed to articulate its mixed-use functions while maintaining a unified aesthetic. Through strategic modulation of materials, patterns, and facade articulation, the design achieves both visual coherence and a sense of dynamism appropriate to its urban context.
The TechPark’s design incorporates a flat-slab construction methodology allowing flexible, column-free floor plates - each spanning approximately 27,000 sq ft. - which cater to a wide range of tenant requirements. Generous floor-to-floor heights and large glazing areas flood the interiors with natural light, enhancing workplace comfort and productivity.
