The headquarters and showroom of Innovate Ltd. were designed in the prosperous industrial zone on a plot of total of 5,020 square meters. The plot is located in an open area between fields, adjacent to a main road, with all its facades visible from a distance, making it a prominent feature in the area.
The building covers a total area of 8,270 square meters and elevated to three floors. It was specifically constructed for Innovate Ltd., a company specializing in manufacturing and importing office furniture for large companies, particularly in the high-tech sector.
The structure consists of three masses connected by a bridging structure, designed at angles that allow visibility and transparency from every perspective. These masses are arranged around a large central courtyard open to the sky. The courtyard serves as a central meeting point accessible from all spaces, inviting occupants to sit under scattered trees within it. All showroom spaces and office floors overlook this central courtyard, functioning as a green lung both physically and visually for building users.
The ground floor facades are transparent, offering full visibility from outside to inside, where the showroom is located, inviting a wide audience. The office floors are enveloped in a system of specially designed aluminum bars, spaced to provide clear sightlines from inside to outside and vice versa. This aluminum bar system not only controls sunlight penetration into the building but also creates partial privacy for office occupants. The system comprises of 11,000 individual bars, each 9 meters long, creating a facade that appears unique and dynamic from every angle.
An auditorium for lectures and performances, is located in the first floor, which uniquely expresses itself within the building's central mass, extending upwards and echoing the angle of the lecture hall towards the building's facades, creating a dynamic appearance above the entrance space.
The remaining facades of the building are constructed from thick, exposed architectural concrete walls, designed to contrast with the lightness and transparency of the screen wall system and aluminum bars.
