The building is developed in two levels:The basement, of a technical nature, intended to implement a data center for receiving optical fiber. Due to the topography of the land, the building at this height is fully buried in the north while the south front is fully visible.The ground floor, at the level of Ecotrail, is a multifunctional space that complements Ecotrail, but can receive various events. This level establishes a strong relationship with the track. This is evident even with the transparency of its facade and the torsion of the body relatively to the axis of the track, almost welcoming their users.To valorise the Ecotrail but also by thermic issues, the south front of the building takes a different language, more closed and restrained.Also on this floor, "recessed" in the building there is an electrical processing post directly accessible from the outside.
