In terms of architectural language, we assume a simple and objective image marked by horizontality. The contrast between the coating material of the facade (panels like viroc, natural color) and balconies (masonry painted with a rail of glass and stainless steel) reinforce this horizontality. In order to have some dinamization in this status, some volumes assume protagonism accentuated by the color.The ground floor is different from the rest assuming the basis of the composition.On this floor the balconies appear to be of loose and detached, breaking with the horizontality of the upper floors. The ceramic coating used on the facade is the same that covers the walls of the balconies, a fact which gives them less prominence in the set.
