The tower integrates lush planted terraces, vertical greenery, and landscaped setbacks that soften its slender silhouette while reconnecting guests with nature in the heart of the city. Generous glazing maximizes daylight and frames views of Montréal’s skyline, while natural materials and green elements create a calm, restorative atmosphere from street level to rooftop. More than a hotel, the project acts as a vertical urban oasis—where architecture, landscape, and city life intersect seamlessly.
