A new landmark mixed-use development rising in York, Ontario, this project blends architectural ambition with a refined urban lifestyle.
The tower integrates a luxury hotel-apartment program, high-end residential living, and a curated mix of premium retail and entertainment venues, all anchored by an active, civic-oriented podium.
Defined by sculpted, terraced floor plates and integrated vertical landscaping, the building reinterprets high-density living through biophilic design—introducing outdoor spaces, greenery, and daylight across every level. A transparent base strengthens the public realm, while the expressive rooftop establishes a strong skyline identity.
