CGA collaborated with the Historical Society of Pennsylvania (HSP) and architects SaylorGregg to design an electronic visitor information and donor recognition system. The HSP building, located at 1300 Locust Street in Philadelphia, is listed on the city’s Register of Historical Places. CGA designed the donor recognition to honor HSP’s many supporters and benefactors.
The prominent lobby display is inspired by the architectural style of the building and includes photos and documents from HSP’s vast collection. The digital storytelling wall serves as an ongoing and renewable showcase that displays treasures from the collection of over 21 million documents. HSP’s newly renovated public spaces host members, donors and historians in a welcoming environment known as a major repository of archival, genealogical and historical information.
