This recreational-use project, which includes a gym and a sauna, is conceived based on its close relationship with the surrounding environment. Located on a site with privileged views of lavender fields, the design seeks to enhance this natural quality through a horizontal volume that maximizes views, natural light, and cross ventilation.
Inspired by contemporary architecture with an essential and modern character, the project draws references from Mies Van der Rohe, whose works stand out for their sensitivity to the landscape, horizontal emphasis, and honest use of materials. In this spirit, the project adopts a simple, lightweight, and contemporary architectural language.
Integration with the environment, functionality, and user experience guide every design decision, resulting in a space that promotes physical and emotional well-being in harmony with the nature that surrounds it.
