PGAL served as the Prime Consultant responsible for programming, planning, design and management of the new $200 million International Arrivals Building at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. This new 800,000 SF international facility was designed to process 4,500 international passengers per hour that will make this the largest planned FIS in the United States. PGAL was responsible for coordinating all existing and new requirements for Federal Agencies in addition to directing the design and fit-out of all interior spaces.
The International Arrivals Building serves passengers from both the existing International Terminal D as well as the new planned Terminal E. PGAL also participated in the overall design management for the $450 million International Services Expansion Program.
