This project showcases a versatile architectural approach, encompassing both a large-scale resort development (Furn Hill Resort, Zaarour)
Architectural Style & Context
The resort portion, likely located in a mountainous or hillside region (as suggested by the terrain in the background of the Lodge image and the aerial master plan), employs a Modern Rustic/Organic architectural style. The design is deeply informed by its natural context, using materials and forms that blend with the terrain.
Key Features of the Lodge
Form & Massing: The main lodge is characterized by sweeping, dynamic rooflines with deep overhangs that evoke a sense of flight or integration with the hills. The structure is largely composed of multiple interconnected pavilions.
Materials: There is a heavy use of natural stone cladding for the base and central structures, contrasted dramatically with expansive glazing framed by timber elements. This creates a warm, yet transparent, aesthetic.
Interior Spaces: The interior rendering shows a grand, double-height space with high ceilings and extensive glass walls, designed to maximize panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The flooring and wall textures use natural, light-colored stone, enhancing the rustic elegance.
Landscape Integration: The lodge sits on a stone base overlooking a constructed reflection pond, which perfectly mirrors the structure and the surrounding landscape, connecting the architecture directly to the water element.
Master Plan & Development
The aerial view reveals a well-planned, low-density development integrated into the hillside topography.
Amenities: The site includes a large central amenity area with a prominent swimming pool, extensive parking, and recreational areas a miniature golf course ,tennis .mountain bicking, wall climbing, etc
Residential Units: Numerous individual villa-style residences are dispersed across the landscape, connected by winding paths, suggesting a community-focused, holiday-style living environment.
