I led the full redesign and execution of a 34-location pharmacy chain across Montenegro. This was a highly ambitious project that spanned the entire country, requiring not only architectural and interior design, but also full-scale project management.
Beyond the design phase, I was responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction - from sourcing tradespeople and subcontractors to overseeing execution on tight deadlines. Each pharmacy needed to reflect a clean, modern, and functional brand identity while remaining operationally efficient and welcoming for everyday customers.
This transformation became a strategic asset: the elevated visual identity and operational upgrade of the entire chain contributed significantly to its appeal during acquisition. The multinational pharmacy group BENU (by Fenix) later purchased the chain, with design quality cited as a key factor in the decision.
This was not just a design project - it was a national-scale rollout blending vision, execution, and business impact.
