What is important to us in the design of premium homes today is the emphasis towards integrating the interior of the house with the surrounding garden and natural landscape. We strive to create harmonious connections between the interior space and the surroundings to ensure maximum comfort for the occupants while allowing integration with the beauty of nature.
One important element of our premium house designs that integrates the interior with the surrounding landscape is patios that become part of the home's space, such an example is the Forrest House design.
One of the most important aspects of the Forrest House design is the use of large glazing to bring natural light into the home and provide panoramic views of the garden and park landscape. A solution that enhances this impression is the arrangement of a patio in the centre of the house, which literally becomes a garden within the house. Large windows, sliding doors or glass walls are elements that are becoming increasingly popular. They allow a seamless transition between inside and outside and create a sense of continuity of space by blurring the boundaries seamlessly.
The patio at Forrest House is a place to spend time outdoors, enjoying the privacy of the intimate space of the house, sheltered on three sides. The patio in the central part of the house integrates the zones of the house around it, giving both its own distinct functionality to each zone.
In our designs, we strive to create integrated and open floor plans that allow free passage and access to the different zones of the house, but which provide the necessary separateness for their users. The internal patio of the house introduces all these elements, which translate into a uniquely comfortable way of using a space integrated with nature.
