The Offices @First consist of four office buildings and a parking structure providing a total of 880,000 sf of Class-A office space. The curtain walls extend beyond the building envelope at the roof and on the sides to create interesting architectural features while providing a roof screen for the penthouse equipment. The curtain wall features two complementary skin types. The east and west elevations are composed of sleek horizontal bands of vision glass, spandrel glass, and bright silver aluminum fins, while the north and south elevations feature a gunmetal aluminum grid pattern. The parking garage features painted textured concrete, metal panels with glazed stair towers, building indentations, and curtain wall systems to cohesively connect the campus.
