A kind of townhouse atmosphere is being created in Eduardgasse with many different open spaces and facilities for future tenants.
Bright, light-flooded apartments can be found both in the street wing facing Eduardgasse and in the courtyard wing, which can be reached from street level via a separate passageway. The apartments, which mainly face west and/or east, are compact in size and have balconies, loggias or terraces. 14 apartments have their own tenants' gardens, which are between 15 and 45 m2 in size. The green inner courtyard connecting the residential wings offers future tenants both a children's playground and 65 bicycle parking spaces, which will be housed in a pergola. In addition, the entire flat roof of the courtyard building will be designed as a communal garden, with a playground and running track.
In general, the entire ensemble appears in light-colored materials. The loggias of the first floor apartments are protected from the street with flexible expanded metal elements. The façades have a small-scale structure with Argeton clinker brick, which emphasizes the town house character.
