This 321,250 sq.ft. 193-unit mixed-use building in located downtown at the Robertson Station Expo line in Culver City. The building contains 26,000 sq. ft. of creative office renovated from an existing office building, 18,000 sq. ft. of retail at the ground level and a 77,300 parking garage. The design includes a paseo cutting thru the site from the Robertson station offering places to dwell, walk, and explore. This creates the possibility of different experiences allowing vibrant public and private usage. The complex combines the quality of living in a green environment with the central location and the excitement of an urban environment in this unique location.
